Our Vision

Heath Connects represents Heathans who believe in promoting the long term fiscal health of our town by working together to find solutions to problems we face.  We propose this by maximizing the value of our community resources including our town center with its historic buildings and the modern municipal building and grounds at Jacobs Road.
