Covid & Mask Wearing

• SB voted to rescind the mask mandate
• A town employee may require a mask as long as they present an alternate meeting opportunity such as outside.

FY23 Appointments

• Boards Clerk: Alice Wozniak was interviewed, recommended by the interview team, and was appointed at $16/hour.
• Animal inspector:  open
• HWY Mechanic Operator: open
• School Committee Rep: open
• Parks & Rec - Shahid Jalil, Jenna Day, Mike Cucchiara reappointed.  two others to be appointed once the committee charge is finalized.
• Mohawk Trail  Woodsland Partnership Rep: Art Schwenger
• Other committees  were mainly reappointments 

Cement Pad for propane tanks: tabled
Town Buildings & Offices: Jeff Dougan did a tour of all buildings, but has not written a report yet.
Community Hall 150th Celebration

• a working group has started
• tentative date of end of August has been proposed
• a 3 hour event with exhibits, story time for kids, ice cream

Disposal of Building Furnishings: the SB voted to dispose some of the equipment Response to MTRSD—FY22 Error: Hilma working on a letter to go to MTRSD
Procedure Review for a dog hearing

Green Communities: no update
BoH: ​  the recommended opt out for mosquito spraying was approved
Open Meeting Law Determination: SB did not violate OML going into executive session over AT&T Tower
Broadband Last Mile Completed:  Heath received a  $2,739,000 grant from the state.
