 Dangerous/Nuisance Dog Hearing
  • This was an issue of a large dog attacking a small dog near the corner of Bray Road and Main Street.
  • The aggrieved party seemed amenable to fencing measures already being taken by the dog owner to ensure the dog is contained, but wants the incident to remain on the record in case there is another one involving the dog.  The dog control officer reported the dog to be well behaved during his visit to the owner's home.
  • Robyn will seek legal advice on possible resolution and will announce finding next meeting.

Response to MTRSD—FY22 Error
  • FinComm requested the SB to follow up with MTRSD.
  • The follow up letter to the MTRSD was reviewed and approved
  • Martha Thurber from the district attended the meeting and felt that they have provided all that was needed, and with the fiscal year approaching, the district wants to see this resolved and wants to know what the district can do to facilitate that.

I was sad to see that the question of Room 135 assignment at Jacobs Road is still not discussed and resolved.
